Welcome to the Bambulia Castle website. We are in the village of Bambulia (variously spelt as Bambuliya, Bamullia and Bambolia!) on the excellent National Highway 76, in the district of Baran in Rajasthan. The nearest city is Kota, only 54 kms. away.

There are temples, forts, caves with carvings, paeleolithic era rock paintings, picnic spots, animal and bird sanctuaries - all within easy reach of Bambulia. The cenotaphs in Bambulia itself are a little known historical treasure that you will delight in visiting. This is an undiscovered part of Rajasthan and has immense heritage, history, and adventure on offer to the intrepid traveller seeking a different experience.
